N.C. Coastal Resources Commission Science Panel meeting postponed

A meeting of the N.C. Coastal Resources Commission’s Science Panel on Coastal Hazards, originally scheduled for Aug. 22 in Washington, N.C., has been postponed.
The meeting will be rescheduled for a later date.
The science panel, a group of coastal engineers and geologists that advises the state Coastal Resources Commission, was set to discuss proposed nominees for new science panel members and a study of inlet hazard areas.
