N.C. Biotech cuts 7 jobs, expects more, in response to losing $4.6M in funding

The N.C. Biotechnology Center disclosed Tuesday the ripple effect from being handed a 27 percent budget cut, or $4.6 million, by the General Assembly in annual appropriations.
