Source: USCIS, 9/9/13 Beginning September 9, E-Verify users will find that the Tentative Nonconfirmation (TNC) Notice and Referral Letter have been combined into the new Further Action Notice. Additionally, if the employee decides to contest a TNC, the employer will give the employee a Referral Date Confirmation. Users will complete a short tutorial and knowledge check when accessing E-Verify for the first time after the enhancements are released.
Visit the E-Verify website to learn more about how this enhancement streamlines the TNC process and benefits employers and employees. See samples of the Further Action Notice in 17 languages.
Join a webinar for E-Verify Existing Users to review the latest changes with one of our expert instructors. There is no need to pre-register; just sign-in early because space is limited.
