Source: CAROLINA-VIRGINIA FARMER, 9/11/13 The Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy Tuesday released a guide for dairy processors that aims to improve product traceability, global competitiveness and satisfy upcoming requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act.
