Information for lenders using the USDA LINC system

Below are a few tips and reminders for lenders using the USDA LINC system to submit semi-annual status reports for FSA Guaranteed Loans.
•      Please note that the Web page for entering your eAuth ID has changed.  This will not affect your ability to log-in in to the system; enter your current eAuth ID and password in the “User ID & Password” section of the page.
•      If you are unable to complete your transaction(s) on USDA LINC, your Popup blocker may be turned on.  
 
•      If you are having trouble with Web pages after upgrading to Internet Explorer Version 8.0, you may need to change your browser settings to use the “compatibility view mode.”  

•      It may also be helpful to clear the Browsing History and Cookies.  To do this, access the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
If you are still unable to complete your transactions, please contact your local FSA office to determine if there are issues with your eAuth account or LINC system availability.  You may also send an email to ra.sa.dcwas2.GLSFLP@wdc.usda.gov.
