The N.C. Commerce Department said Wednesday it will hold its fourth “listening tour” for Sharon Decker, its secretary, and Tony Almeida, a senior adviser to Gov. Pat McCrory, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem.
