Former presidential candidate Rick Santorum will visit Charlotte on Tuesday to attend a fundraiser for Lt. Gov. Dan Forest. It’s a big get for Forest, who saw his low-budget, narrowly victorious 2012campaign overshadowed by Gov. Pat McCrory and the former Charlotte mayor’s big-name GOP fundraisers.
