Frank Roche, a Cary stock trader and talk show host, plans to challenge Renee Ellmers in next May's GOP primary in the 2nd Congressional District.Roche has scheduled "a digital town hall'' for Oct. 23 to talk about debt, deficits, immigration, the Affordable Care Act and the 2014 race.
