NC's revamped clean water fund trustees gather

A North Carolina effort that's spent about $1 billion to clean up state waterways since hog waste spills dominated the news is reorganizing.The trustees of the Clean Water Management Trust Fund meet in Raleigh on Tuesday for the first time since legislators and Gov. Pat McCrory made it part of the state environmental agency.
