The main farm bill negotiators emerged from their first face-to-face meeting in nearly two weeks on Wednesday more optimistic they will reach an agreement. The hour-long meeting occurred as Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) took to the House floor to blame Senate Democrats for failing to agree to a farm bill deal.
