Canton mill faces $50 million bill for EPA fixes

Evergreen Packaging will spend $50 million in the next five years at its paper mill in Haywood County to meet new U.S. Environmental Protection Agency boiler regulations, according to one lawmaker who worries the cost  could impact jobs.
