The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission plans to hold nine public hearings next month on the state's wildlife management, game lands and fishing regulations for the coming years.The Asheville Citizen-Times reported ( http://bit.ly/19K4OzC) there also will be discussions on rules for the state's black bear management plan.
