Grain markets quietly higher

Hot, dry conditions in Argentina and strong Chinese buying pushed soybeans higher Wednesday, but corn and wheat had trouble generating much heat after last week’s USDA reports. Weaker ethanol demand and uncertain exports weighed on corn, while wheat faces a lot of competition around the world ahead of another cold snap next week.
