NC Pork Council presents industry awards

During the 2014 NC Pork Conference, several pork producers and a long-time industry supporter were honored at the NCPC annual awards breakfast. The February 7th event was sponsored by the Farm Credit Association of NC and also supported by Neese's Country Sausage with their donation of sausage and bacon.
Those honored with industry awards were:
W.G. Simmons - Hall of Fame
Brandon Warren - Pork All-American
Jimmy, Betty & James Sauls - Outstanding Pork Producer
Jeff Spedding - Environmental Steward
Richard Eason - Lois Britt Service Award
