The April 27 commentary titled "Koster lays an egg with suit," by Michael Makarian of the Humane Society Legislative Fund, continues the misleading rhetoric from his group. Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster is to be commended for leading the nation in a lawsuit against the California egg law.
