N.C. businesses exported $2.8 billion to China

North Carolina businesses exported about $2.8 billion in goods to China during 2013, according to a report issued by the US-China Business Council. The export volume is up 261 percent from 2004. The state ranked 14th overall. California was first at $15.7 billion.
