Snyder's-Lance Inc. said Monday it plans to eliminate an unspecified number of jobs as part of the latest phase of a restructuring that also includes the completion of the sale of its Private Brands business, along with two manufacturing facilities, to Shearer's Foods LLC for $430 million.
