Tobacco shops ordinance delayed in Fayetteville

It could be another two months before a Fayetteville ordinance restricting new tobacco shops is ready for a vote.
On July 15, the Fayetteville Planning Commission voted again to postpone the matter until staff members could work out more issues and make changes to the draft rules.
