The battle over a proposed chicken processing plant is shaping up to be a humdinger.
Sanderson Farms is looking at possibly building the plant in an empty industrial park on Cedar Creek Road, just east of Interstate 95. It could employ more than 1,000 people at jobs paying just over $10 an hour.
