Two of the anticipated three debates between U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan and state House Speaker Thom Tillis have been nailed down: Sept. 3 and Oct. 7. Tillis’ campaign manager Jordan Shaw said both campaigns have committed to debate on those dates that will be hosted by the N.C. Association of Broadcasters. Further details haven’t been released.
