House Republicans scramble to find votes for border measure

Conservative House Republicans struck an optimistic tone on Friday, saying they thought it was possible for a $659 million House border bill to be changed enough to draw their support. Separately, Senate Republicans blocked a $2.7 billion bill backed by Democrats in a 50-44 vote.
