The global processed meats market continues to perform steadily, but it is especially buoyed by growth in the Asia-Pacific region — both the world’s largest and fastest-growing region.

This, according to a report from Euromonitor International.

Not surprisingly, within the next year China is expected to overtake the United States as the largest processed meat market in the world.
