The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will be host to a Forestry—Technical Service Provider (TSP) Outreach meeting on October 2, 2014,  at the Iredell  Agricultural Center located at 444 Bristol Drive, Statesville, NC 28677.
TSPs are individuals or businesses that have technical expertise in conservation planning and design for a variety of conservation activities. TSPs are hired by farmers, ranchers, and  organizations, or public agencies to provide these services on behalf of the NRCS.

Topics to be covered during the training include, Forest Management Conservation Planning, TSP Orientation and Tech Regulation Overview,  Forest Management Planning and Programs, and Building your TSP Profile.
