Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler and N.C. Mountain State Fair Manager Matt Buchanan will join state and local dignitaries in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the 2014 N.C. Mountain State Fair.

Commissioner Troxler will be joined by members of the N.C. Board of Agriculture and North Carolina FFA. Colors will be presented by the T.C. Roberson High School JROTC.
