Franklin County farmer and extension agent Martha Mobley is trying to fulfill the wishes of her late mother and late husband.

Both wanted to help small farmers, especially women in agriculture. When both died in 2012 and 2013 respectively, the family asked for donations in lieu of flowers to create a nonprofit to benefit small farmers.
