A recent report issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency called into question the value of a class of insecticides that is widely used both as a seed treatment and in other applications - neonicotinoids. The report, which questioned neonic value in soybeans, was issued and a comment period opened on the topic as the EPA seeks input.
