FSIS directive on ingredients used in the production of meat, poultry and egg products posted

On Dec. 8, 2014, FSIS Directive 7120.1, Rev. 22, Safe and Suitable Ingredients Used in the Production of Meat, Poultry and Egg Products, was issued. The directive is revised monthly to reflect updates to the list of substances added since the previous issuance of the directive. This revision cancels FSIS Directive 7120.1, Rev. 22, dated Nov. 6, 2014, and includes updates to the list of substances added since.
