The Grateful Union Family Inc. is downsizing the family farm. Now that most of the children have moved out of state, along with the former resident peacocks, ducks, goats and turkeys, the clan elders decided to sell the mountainside land adjoining Little Sandy Mush Bald in northern Buncombe County.
