Butterball launches three turkey products for foodservice

Butterball Foodservice has rolled out new turkey options aimed at chefs and foodservice operators.


The Garner, N.C.-based division of Butterball LLC says the Oven Roasted and Browned in Oil varieties of its Just Perfect HandCrafted All Natural Turkey Breast line contain only water, sea salt and sugar as added ingredients. The Petite Roast & Serve Turkey Breast is a more compact version of the company’s popular turkey product and allows for cooler-to-oven convenience that puts turkey servings on a table in less than an hour, Butterball Foodservice said in a release.


The first two products are packaged in two 8-pound, pan-shaped breasts per case, while the petite roast is available in four, 5-pound breasts per case.


Butterball Foodservice added that the products also can be individually seasoned or glazed, allowing foodservice operators to create their own signature meals.
