The North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Expo is the only event in North Carolina to bring together all sectors of the restaurant, foodservice, lodging and hospitality industry under one roof. The latest products, services, and technologies will be showcased for the industry, along with a comprehensive and leading-edge program of education that will provide restaurants and lodging establishments from North Carolina and surrounding markets with the best tools to grow and improve their business. This is a B2B paid attendance show with the target audience being those involved in the running of restaurants, bars and lodging establishments from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia who seek the latest products, services and technologies. This includes Restaurant Owners, General Managers, Executive Chefs, Bar Managers, Hotel Managers, Purchasing Managers, Caterers/Event Planners, and F&B Directors.

We have been asked to support this event and bring together a group of our member companies to showcase a “Got to be NC Pavilion” area. The Pavilion is proposed to be a 20’ x 50’ area or larger that will accommodate our NC companies sampling their products to attendees. 

In our continued efforts to underwrite the cost to our members as much as possible at these type events, we would need to build in a fee of $400 to be a part of this 2 day event.

INCLUDED: 6’ counter height tables, ALL Material Handling/Drayage, Wastebasket, Daily Booth Cleaning, 1 Standard 120v Electrical Outlet, Carpet, Booth ID Sign, Pipe and Drape, Online Listing, Show Directory Listing, Booth Personnel Badges, Daily Bagged Ice delivered to booths, Counter-high Skirted Tables, storage drape, and prep-tables. Companies will also have access to a unique registration code to invite prospective buyers to attend the Expo at no charge.
