Pic Billingsley was clear. "Look, I understand you are not going to be welcome everywhere," the director of development and engineering for Sanderson Farms was saying on Sept. 2 when the Fayetteville Regional Chamber hosted an informational forum at the Crown Coliseum, where the agenda offered assurances that a chicken processing plant here would be safe and regulated by the state.
