Three Cumberland County lawmakers have signed today a bill that seeks a study of the Cape Fear River basin.
The primary sponsors of House Bill 186, which was introduced today in the General Assembly, include state Reps. Rick Glazier, a Democrat, and John Szoka, a Republican, both from Cumberland County.
