The Councill furniture plant in the Davidson County community of Denton will close, Furniture Today reported.
The closure, which is expected to be completed by the end of June, is the result of a deal in which RHF Investments is buying a variety of assets from Tim Rogers, Jack Glasheen and Jimmy Moore.
