Charlotte-based Compass Group USA and its subsidiary Bon Appétit Management Company are expanding a program to reduce food waste and support local farmers. Imperfectly Delicious Produce, the program, aims to reduce the quantity of "ugly” fruits and vegetables discarded every year.
