Text of StoryLiz Carlisle, author of Lentil Underground will speak Tuesday, March 24, at NC State’s Hunt Library. Carlisle of University of California Berkeley’s Center for Diversified Farming Systems tells the story of a group of renegade farmers who defied corporate agribusiness by launching a sustainable farm to table movement.
