Pennsylvania to keep $120 million from tobacco agreement

A Pennsylvania appeals court upheld Friday a lower-court ruling that allows the state to keep an additional $120 million in Master Settlement Agreement funding from tobacco manufacturers including Lorillard Inc., Philip Morris USA and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co.
