The ninth round of U.S. – EU negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) agreement will take place in New York, NY from 20 to 24 April 2015. The negotiating teams will discuss in-depth a broad range of TTIP issues.

STAKEHOLDER FORUM

During the 9th round, the U.S. hosts will hold a forum during which U.S. and EU negotiators will exchange views with interested stakeholders. The forum will take place on Thursday 23 April 2015 from 11:00 – 16:30 (NY time) at TBD location and will feature two separate components:
(1) Stakeholder Policy Presentations – 11:00 – 14:30 (NY time)
Stakeholders are invited to deliver presentations to U.S. and EU negotiators outlining their views on aspects of the TTIP agreement. Presentation time slots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis until capacity is reached. Stakeholders must register by Wednesday 15 April 2015 in order to receive a time assignment. The presentations will be open to the press.
(2) Chief Negotiators Briefing – 15:15 – 16:30 (NY time)
The U.S. and EU Chief Negotiators will provide a briefing on the status of the negotiations and will answer stakeholder questions. The briefing is open to registered stakeholders. In order to attend, stakeholders must register by Wednesday 15 April 2015.
