Options to keep in mind as corn planting lags, especially in the Southeast

Nationally, corn planting continues to fall behind its typical pace for this time of year, as wet, cool weather keeps planters out of fields, especially in the Southeast, according to the USDA. Then again, last year’s corn planting was delayed, and the U.S. ended up with a record crop.
