Yesterday, we heard from US Senator Thom Tillis from North Carolina on the proposed Waters of the US rule and congressional actions to stop the rule from being implemented in its current form.  While it’s obvious that the Obama administration is pushing through several rules and laws, including WOTUS, could there a chance some or all of this would go away when Obama leaves office?:
