Senator Burr presses Finance Committee to "get it right" on currency manipulation

Last week, the Senate Finance Committee worked on legislation to give the President Trade Promotion Authority. I was unable to support this legislation because I have concerns about whether this Administration is negotiating a trade deal thatwill benefit North Carolina, and unfortunately, we were unable to amend the bill.
