A bill is scheduled for a vote later this morning that will put the brakes on the implementation of the EPA’s Waters of the US Rule.  US Representative from North Carolina David Rouzer was a co-sponsor of the  Regulatory Integrity Protection Act, commonly known as the RIP.  Rouzer spoke to Southern Farm Network’s Rhonda Garrison about the bill and the vote.
