Business in North Carolina is on the rise. The Tar Heel State is third best for business in the country according to a survey done by Chief Executive Magazine. Paul Norby, with Winston-Salem/Forsyth County planning said that he is not surprised by the ranking since the state appears in several surveys in terms of being friendly to business.
