Tillis bill would designate an interstate from Raleigh to the coast

North Carolina U.S. Sen. Thom Tillis introduced the ROAD (Road to Opportunity and Development) Act on Thursday, a bill that designates the highway between Raleigh and Norfolk, Va., as a future interstate, a move that would speed travel between Raleigh and the coast.
