New pork plants to be built by Seaboard Foods (with Triumph Foods) and Clemens Food Group are “critical” for the industry’s future, but they won’t provide any capacity help until 2017 at the earliest, caution analysts Steve Meyer and Len Steiner in their Daily Livestock Report
