On the heels of a decision that was cloaked by a code name, environmental activists are playing catch up.
Tuesday night, activists from Winyah Rivers Foundation, Waterkeeper Alliance and the Southern Environmental Law Center held an informational meeting to discuss the potential environmental and health effects that could come with Sanderson Farms Inc., a chicken processing plant planned for St. Pauls.
