The World Pork Expo is underway this week in Des Moines, Iowa.  The Expo is a stop in the year-long Pork Leadership Institute hosted by the National Pork Producers Council for 15 to 20 pork producers from around the country, are selected to participate in the program.  Don Wick spent some time with Wilmington, North Carolina’s Jason Pooley talking about the program and what he’s gained from participation in the Institute:
