House members should know what trade deals mean to the American farmer

When the Trade Promotion Authority vote failed to pass in the US House last week, it was actually half of two pieces of legislation that are tied together, Trade Promotion Authority for the president and the Trade Adjustment Act for workers that might be displaced by jobs leaving the country due to a new trade agreement.  Linda Andrews National Legislative Director for North Carolina Farm Bureau:
