ACC accepts land donation for horticulture program

Alamance Community College is getting a gift of 47 acres on Jim Minor Road to give its horticulture department space for hands-on lessons and a chance to grow. "We’re kind of land-locked in our current situation,” said Justin Snyder, head of the horticulture department. "It will give us the opportunity to teach things in a more life-like manner.”
