William Toler, writing for CivitasMedia.com reports that state agriculture officials are afraid there's going to be an outbreak of bird flu in the state. The apparently have no evidence that would indicate that there is an imminent danger but these are the same state bureaucrats who "fear" some nut case is going to shoot up the State Fair if they allow law abiding, trained citizens to carry weapons at the Fair.
