Reynolds needs air-quality permit for Newport

It turns out that equipment for manufacturing cigarettes is brand specific. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. is requesting an air-quality permit from Forsyth County that would allow the company to move Newport production equipment from Greensboro to its mammoth Tobaccoville manufacturing plant.
